Aleksandar Rakic: Partner, Compliance Practice Leader

Aleks’ primary focus is supporting clients in the area of HR legal compliance, including organizations under the OFCCP mandates. He has successfully supported organizations being audited and has worked with management teams to implement policies which minimize potential liability and risk beyond compliance.

Aleks received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University, where he finished first in his class among Finance graduates. During his college studies, he achieved membership to Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honors Society recognizing excellence in business.

Upon graduation from John Carroll, Aleks worked as a field auditor for the Sherwin-Williams Company prior to being promoted to a division inventory analyst. From 2010 to 2013 Aleks attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and received his J.D., graduating magna cum laude and finishing in the top 15% of his class. He is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Prior to joining TAMS in 2014, Aleks managed the Canton office of the law firm Borders and Gerace, LLC.
