Dan Simovic: Managing Director
Dan possesses more than 30 years of leadership experience in organizational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, executive coaching, performance management, employee engagement and total rewards, including incentive design.
Previously Dan managed HR for multiple segments of a global manufacturer. He additionally led Corporate Recruiting, Compliance, HR Programs and globally supported improvement initiatives related to compensation, HRIS and related systems.
As a certified LSS Champion Dan managed Black and Green Belts globally in driving HR process improvements. He was part of the core leadership team that received the International Quality & Productivity Center Best Start Up Program and Best Process Excellence Program Award.
Earlier in his career Dan managed HR for the Consumer Finance Division and all Corporate Units for a top ten banking firm. Dan worked on multiple large scale M&A integration initiatives during this period.
Dan earned his MA from Kent State University and his BA from Cleveland State University.
