Sandy Turba: Partner
Sandy has broad human resources acumen, with expertise in performance management, employee engagement, total rewards and compensation analysis and design, onboarding practices, HR operations assessments, and program development.
Her clients include private and publicly-held organizations across multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, services, healthcare, technology, banking, public administration/educational services and social services agencies.
Prior to joining TAMS in 2007 Sandy worked for Ernst & Young/Capgemini, initially with the Management Consulting practice of Ernst & Young U.S. and later with the Outsourcing Services division of Capgemini, one of the world’s largest providers of consulting and outsourcing services worldwide. She developed HR processes and compensation structures in wholly-owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and acquisitions and implemented variable pay programs.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Southern Illinois University.
